What is the Wakala ?

A Wakala (Wakalah) is an official authorization document issued by a Saudi employer giving permission to a travel agent or visa service company to process a worker’s visa on their behalf.
It works like a Power of Attorney for visa processing. and other way to understand that Wakala is a part to electronic document (power of attorney) issued by a Saudi employer or sponsor through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), authorizing a third party—typically a recruitment agency—to manage work ( employment ) visa documentation, submission, and processing their site.

Why is it required Saudi Arabia Visa Stamping.

1. Proof of Employer Approval

      It confirms that the Saudi company has officially hired the worker.

2. Embassy Requirement

The Saudi Embassy or VFS checks the Wakala before stamping the visa.
Without it, the visa process can stop.

3. Agent Authorization

It legally allows the visa agent to handle stamping and paperwork.

4. Protection from Fake Visas

      It helps prevent fraud and fake job offers.
